Raven brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry with over seven successful years of practicing property management, mostly in the Denver and Boulder metro areas.

Raven has managed all types of properties from small single family homes and condos, to large luxury apartment buildings in the city.
She has the unique advantage of having personal experience on all sides of the business as a licensed property manager, a tenant, and a rental property owner. Having worked with various other brokers in the past, Raven is more than confident that we provide better service to both tenants and owner clients than any other local provider.
In Raven's free time, she is very involved in the local swing dancing community, and enjoys reading, hanging out with her pets, and playing banjo!

Ross Birkholz

A Colorado resident for 30 years, Ross Birkholz began his career as a partner in a Denver restaurant, where his years in hospitality helped shape his love for community engagement and acts of service.
After transitioning into real estate investing and property management over six years ago, Ross has used his background in hospitality to bring a unique balance of hard work and personal touch to the rental market.
As a rental property owner himself, Ross is dedicated to advocating for both clients and tenants while creating long-lasting relationships.

Kayla Van Aken
Assistant Property Manager
Kayla brings nearly a decade of hands-on property management experience and valuable expertise to the team.
While currently working remotely from Minnesota, Kayla possesses in-depth knowledge of the Colorado rental market where she built and managed a portfolio of over 80 single-family homes in Boulder County while maintaining a Colorado real estate license.

After relocating to the Twin Cities in 2021, Kayla joined a nationally recognized residential management firm, where she oversaw operations for a premier 98-unit building in the heart of Minneapolis’ vibrant Uptown neighborhood.
​
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys exploring the Minnesota restaurant scene, paddle-boarding on nearby lakes, dancing, and relaxing at home with her husband and two cats while catching up on a good reality show.

Danielle Holman
Leasing & Admin Assistant
Meet Danielle, the heart and soul of our property management team! Danielle recently earned her degree in English literature and has great communication and writing skills. She is working on earning her Colorado real estate license as well!
When she is not assisting with property management duties, she can be found spending time with her beloved dogs and cat. Danielle has a deep love for film and is always ready to recommend a must-watch movie or discuss the latest cinematic trends.
Halloween is her favorite time of year, when she looks forward to hosting pumpkin carving parties and dressing up. And if she is not dressing up in costume for Halloween, she probably will be for the Renaissance Fair.
Her vibrant personality and diverse interests make Danielle an invaluable asset to our team and a joy to work with.
